• Responsible for developing a scalable design for the vacuum-insulated doors used in the Slimtech refrigerators• Defined 60+ structural requirements and integrated the Slimtech development with multiple subsystems, closing ten remaining knowledge gaps before and after the project kickoff.

• Responsible for developing the structural components for the single evaporator Quattro Refrigerator Architecture (North America), designing a shorter cabinet, new features, and ice maker capabilities.• Responsible for the structural development of the Door in Door for the new Quattro Refrigerator Architecture (Europe), establishing an aggressive approach for the schedule with extensive use of simulations, leading to a 10-week cut in the project delivery (hard-tool validation in the Design Validation Phase) and complete requirements delivery.

• Responsible for the implementation of the JennAir Columns Refrigerator Architecture during the start of production, working closely with the manufacturing plant to ramp up the production output from 5 units/shift to 30+ units/shift• Features lead for the KitchenAid/Whirlpool 69”/72” french door refrigerators, responsible for the structural development of crispers, shelves, and door bins for all model variants, totaling more than 50 unique parts. Extensive use of structural and mold flow simulation resulted in a first-pass yield of 96% for all tests and requirements during the concept validation phase.

• Features engineer for the Consul Washing Machines (8Kg/9Kg and 15Kg/16Kg architectures), developing plastic and glass lid assemblies and their variants, lid lock enclosures, fill-cup, and load measuring strip, approving more than 100 parts, from design concepts to PPAP and SOP. Extensive use of FMEA, Mold Flow, stack-up analysis, design for assembly, design for manufacturing
