This role was multi-faceted, primarily revolving around processing timesheet data to produce billing reports on a monthly basis, then invoicing these whilst troubleshooting data and technical issues to meet deadlines. I was also simultaneously responsible for creating summarised project proposal reports and presenting these to senior management for approval and then processing the associated financial data, there were also ad-hoc duties I performed assisting Project Managers with data management. Successfully performing this role demanded an excellent eye-for-detail, time-management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal business stakeholders with differing perspectives and priorities to ensure agreement and protect commercial interests.

I managed payroll processing from inputting timesheets to final bank transfer payments for over 30 separate recruitment agency clients on a weekly basis. This included ensuring candidates were paid, amending database records, and liaising with companies to resolve complex payroll issues. I also handled Tax Code input, manually calculated due charges, and processed monthly P32 payments on Aquarius.

I was seconded to NFU Mutual as part of a team handling Holiday Accommodation Insurance claims made relating to the Coronavirus pandemic, I nominated for this role due to my relevant skills and abilities. I was responsible for contacting claimants, organising claims, obtaining financial evidence data, then analyzing that data and calculating their due compensation.

This was a multi-faceted role encompassing several duties across the Case Management process, handling cases from Initial Instruction to Final Report. I arranged interviews with relevant people to take admissible statements and then cross-reference them with those of other witnesses to produce evaluative reports commenting on their credibility and providing insight. I was responsible for over 50+ cases at any one time, in varying stages of completion.
