Responsible for business P&L, annual budget $23MM and 160 employees, monthly revenue forecasts, monthly expense forecasts. Other responsibilities included: procurement of all materials and supplies, negotiation of material contracts, consignment inventory and vendor relations, cash management. Quality Improvement Implemented Quality System based off ISO and Lean principles.
