Ensure the health,safety and well being of all personnel. Work with venues to create best customer experience possible in each city. Find creative ways to challenge directors and managers to find efficiency in operations. Create promotional and public relations activities to enhance ticket sales. Listen to the guests in order to create VIP packages for higher end guests at minimal cost. Validate and challenge show operational budgets and ensure efficiencies are maintained consistently throughout the shows.
