Additionally, I contributed to the creation of The Nod App, a revolutionary platform for cashless tipping and expressing gratitude, designed to foster positivity and appreciation in everyday interactions.

At Delv, I developed and implemented custom ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions, optimising IT service management and logistics processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
