Motivated professional and self-starter continuing to improve my knowledge and education in fire and emergency services. I've worked in fire and emergency services for 12 years and currently pursuing my Bachelor’s of Science in Fire and Emergency Services. In my current role as a firefighter/paramedic with Kalispell Fire Department, we provide an all-hazards timely response while maintaining professionalism and setting a standard for emergency services. As part of the Kalispell Fire Department, I am a member of our local IAFF Peer Support Team which focuses on resiliency and awareness of mental health issues among firefighters. I am also an FAA-certified Remote Pilot for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Part 107). I hope to continue advancing my education and abilities and promote through the ranks as frequently as I can, in hopes of an administrative role within a fire department (battalion chief, deputy chief, assistant chief, fire chief, etc.).
