I believe in purpose. My purpose is to build bridges between people and technology.I have extensive experience working in a variety of multicultural environments, ranging from individual contributor roles to heading entire departments. My experience spans local operations to global strategies, as well as technology-driven initiatives and business transformations. I always partner with leaders in business addressing their most important challenges, in an innovative and sustainable mannerOver the course of two decades, I served as a catalyst for change by introducing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that went beyond conventional thinking. By leveraging technology as an enabler, I developed long-term strategies that added value to business activities, including new product development, time-to-market, and cost efficiency. In addition, I led successful organizational transformations, including agile and follow-the-sun, on both regional and global levels.People have played a significant role in my professional career, particularly when it comes to nurturing young talent. I have been honoured to serve as a mentor and campus ambassador, and my passion for this work has also led me to become an advisory board member of the Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS).
