Chassis Engineering

Structural Heart - Surgical Heart Valves• Performed statistical analysis (t-tests, non-inferiority) to aid Regulatory in defining their geo-specific, GTM strategy• Adapted modern heart valve design to legacy products, simplifying manufacturing and reducing costs ($3M annually)• Analyzed MicroCT scans to characterize heart valve failure modes and prepared CT models for physician use• Contributed to a research initiative to improve stent characteristics (radiopacity, material properties testing, fatigue)

• Oversaw Frame & Suspension Sub-team designs, project management, sponsorship outreach, and manufacturing• Developed a positive team culture by emphasizing communication and new member engagement• Contributed to hybrid monocoque chassis research as the team transitions away from a steel-tubed chassis• Learned the manufacturing process for composite materials and applied this knowledge to build the 2022 vehicle• Built experience in Solidworks and ANSYS, as the bellcrank designer for the 2022 vehicle. Achieved 29% less mass (compared to previous year’s design) while maintaining nearly 10x required stiffness

• Collaborated with Distribution Integrity Management Program team members to update the current risk model from a relativistic to probabilistic ranking to increase system integrity• Communicated with state auditors during field audits, providing clarity and rationale for procedures used by field employees • Designed graphics and flowcharts to accompany complex procedures, increasing understanding for field employees• Adapted a web-based program for the department to manage tasks, increasing productivity and decreasing oversights

Collaborate with other employees to perform various tasks to keep parks clean and safe. Spearhead assignments independently from supervisors and other staff.

Engage with golfers to enhance their experience in person, over the phone, and at the point of sale. Work to keep the golf course clean and assist with any special events.
