Currently employed at SMG3 as a technical engineer where I'm managing the company's spare pool and repair devices. My role comprises of receiving a request from our clients for a device we have in our possession which will then be configured to their specific needs. Once configured we send the device to the client as soon as possible to make sure their workflow always stays high as possible, as most of our clients have employees that rely on a working device at all time in their role. Our company takes pride in giving our clients the best quality and efficiency in our service! I've got a lot of experience under my belt regarding fields as I have been in IT, golf ,and hockey. In IT, I was a web design intern and learned/worked through the process that goes into place when a customer wants a company to create a website along with its creation. In golf, I learned how to work through difficult situations with customers to reach a solution that they desired. In hockey, I worked with kids and learned the importance of patience and trusting a process. These experiences taught me how to be a leader to my co-workers, going above and beyond to satisfy the company or customers' needs, being a good listener, and much more. Outside of work my interest lean towards history, video games, and sports. My main interest in life besides computer science is history. This is because the very idea of human thought advancing slowly through time truly draws me and I believe there is still much to learn from it. Video games have always been a past time and is now more than ever as the world is stalled by this COVID-19 pandemic. Sports have always been a part of my life as I have played them since I could walk. I played hockey for 7 years and I believe it helped me also become a leader to the people around me.
