Responsible for providing support to the sales team in the development and performance of all business activities relating to total-play Ltd. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with schools, cricket clubs, local authorities and other cricket interested organisations.

Responsible for the creation of communication campaigns and content published across all Immigration & Secure Logistics contracts. Helping to drive engagement and collaboration, at all levels of the structure, both within business as usual, as well as new bids and acquisitions.

Solely responsible for all internal communications to contract of c.1800 employees. Implemented standardisation of communications - visual identity and company voice. Assisted with mobilisation and transformation of new contract.
