CurrentI am a Software Developer I for a privately held company providing clean energy and technical solutions for government, utilities, and enterprises. I joined the organization full-time after completing my bachelor’s degree in computer science and a successful internship. I now contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of the B3 Benchmarking software product that provides advanced metrics for rating buildings.I serve on a small software development team and fill in wherever needed to develop new functionality, maintain the existing system, and to provide continuous support. I work within an adapted Agile environment where I take the requests and independently or as part of a team take the idea to reality for the platform. I also field requests, prioritize, and deploy new and improved functionality. As a result, I regularly research technologies, evaluate alternatives, design strategies, and contribute to the design and development of the platform.A few of my achievements in this capacity thus far are:• Creates and optimizes databases for functionality, security, and usability for the highly regulated customers.• Applies strong organizational and project management skills to see projects from concept to final product.• Pivots seamlessly across the front-end and back-end development to deliver quality results.• Collaborates with quality assurance, product, and other departments to roll-out the desired system and functionality updates.
