Some of my achievements at our Surbiton branch include: - Led a team of 25 Partners, plus 4 Assistant Team Managers and their teams giving me overall responsibility for the line management of 100 Partners over a 24 hour 7 day a week operation.- Completed a transitional change project to merge and streamline all branch retail activity, delivering a new operational format.- Consistently exceeded retail KPIs including region leading stock management delivering a rise in availability score from 42% to 72%.- Two consecutive years passing food safety audits with merit as well as the passing 100% test purchases while leading Customer Service accountability.- Development and coaching of Assistant Managers, Team leaders and Partners including apprentices resulting in improved performance culture and promotions.- Engaged with external stakeholders to manage business to business Service Level Agreements in both cleaning and security, improved branch offer through leading store investment requests and worked with the local council to improve recycling facilities and reduce fly tipping.
