My role as a Sales Negotiator at Countrywide Estate Agents was extremely varied and one which I gained a lot from. A selection of daily tasks included accompanied viewings, client contact, registering applicants and negotiating property sales.In my time as a Sales Negotiator, I expressed an interest in the valuation of property, so trained and ascertained a Countrywide standard listing qualification and implemented the theoretical side in the field, resulting in many listings.
