I took an apprenticeship role teaching and delivering physical education to primary school children ranging from 3 years old to 11 years old then once my apprenticeship was over I then was in charge of the PE throughout the school.

Spain

After leaving Shrewsbury Town, I was given an incredible opportunity to live and play football in Spain for three months with two teams, Almuñécar and Málaga. During this period, I immersed myself in a new football culture, training and playing every day in a highly competitive environment. I had the chance to face off against top-level opponents, including renowned clubs like Sevilla and Barcelona, which pushed me to further develop my skills. Living and playing football in Spain for three months also presented me with a new level of responsibility, as I had to navigate daily life on my own in a country where I couldn't speak the language. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone, requiring me to quickly adapt and find ways to communicate, build relationships, and manage everyday challenges independently. It taught me resilience, self-reliance, and problem-solving skills, all while balancing the demands of training and playing football at a high level.

After leaving school, I dedicated two years to playing full-time football for the Shrewsbury Town Football Club youth team. During this time, I had the opportunity to compete against several Premier League teams, gaining valuable experience and exposure to a higher level of the game. My performances and commitment earned me the chance to be involved in and around the first team, where I trained with the senior players, participated in matchday preparations, and developed my skills further by observing and learning from experienced professionals. This period was pivotal in my footballing journey, providing me with both the challenge and excitement of playing at a competitive level.
