    One of my shorter roles at Rightmove, but one which was a stepping stone for me…Responsible for training and providing full insight to the Rightmove professional back-end product to all new customer acquisitions. Whilst in this role, I was in charge of an account base of 200 Estate Agents for the first six months of their membership with the portal, holding down four different contact stages throughout with each account. This was to allow the client, the opportunity to get off to the best start and know the capabilities of what the Rightmove product provides and can deliver if used to its full potential.During my short time in this role, I was of course able to recommend marketing opportunities if I truly believed it would benefit the customer but it wasn’t an essential part of my role, thus meaning I had the freedom to not pitch if it wasn’t suitable. Although that was the case and there wasn’t the sales pressure, I found myself delivering product recommendations frequently which customers were finding to deliver a ROI almost immediately. Presenting the results back to the customer was one of my favorite parts of the role, as with having access to data which backed up my story, allowed me to deliver a solid statement and instilled trust in not only me, but the product and what Rightmove can offer. All of which aided and helped me to move into my next role…
