Work with Euro L2/L3 support team & Global ServiceDesk center to provide the system and software support to global internal users;3. Windows 7/10 and Office 365 troubleshooting technical support, Advise the ServiceDesk to process the daily issue and planning projects, to avoid the issue to reach the SLA;4. Cisco Meraki cloud system monitoring and management for APAC all supporting sites;5. Monitoring the MES client of production system with SAP order processing;6. IT Inventory management and budget planning for TRIDONIC APAC sites;7. Monitoring the company network security from end user side, trace the source of virus, spam and report to group CIT.

1. Overall production system management and cross system support;2. The primary task is warehouse data collecting, material distribution and customer order processing, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolve;3.
