1. As an IT Manager APAC of the Local Onsite Support team and Global ServiceDesk for TRIDONIC Shenzhen Production Site & Innovation Center and Region Sales Offices of China & Singapore;2. Work with Euro L2/L3 support team & Global ServiceDesk center to provide the system and software support to global internal users;3. Windows 7/10 and Office 365 troubleshooting technical support, Advise the ServiceDesk to process the daily issue and planning projects, to avoid the issue to reach the SLA;4. Cisco Meraki cloud system monitoring and management for APAC all supporting sites;5. Monitoring the MES client of production system with SAP order processing;6. IT Inventory management and budget planning for TRIDONIC APAC sites;7. Monitoring the company network security from end user side, trace the source of virus, spam and report to group CIT.

Shenzhen

1. Overall production system management and cross system support;2. The primary task is warehouse data collecting, material distribution and customer order processing, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolve;3. Brio and DB2 system, IBM Personal Communication (Integration of various logistics green screen system);4. Working with front end and backend system such as MFS(manufacture) and RPDS(shipping) to ensure the data is accuracy;5. SGP and Mexico site users online support, and month end or quarter end onsite for local factory support.

Shenzhen

1. As a member of ISTC BT/IT CIO helpdesk team, provide the L1 support for the ISTC/CPC local employee.2. Help the end user to fix the problem what is happen from the computer system, email and IBM working software by using the call center and remote system.3. Help the factory user to use their production system and connect to other support team if they have a L2 or L3 problem4. Provide the professional support to local user for the IT security, system and software policy.5. Be a connection between the user and the global support team (including Mexico, Singapore and the United States).

Shenzhen

1. In charge of IT Technical support for Pentland Shenzhen office and factory base users (including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Wuhu, Beijing).2. Help Pentland HK MIS to manage their Shenzhen office server room, running the daily server backup, checking the IP Phone voice gateway, switch, VM(esxi) system is work normal.3. Work with IT colleague of England and HongKong for troubleshooting network problems between Asia and Euro.4. Using the domain account to manage the Pentland network machine.5. Help the BCP team to setup the thincilent and simulate the data recovery for disastrous moment.6. Troubleshooting with windows 7,server 2008,office 2010,printer server, etc.7. Help the HR to training the new staff.

Shenzhen

1. Providing day-to-day IT helpdesk what is about system and applications (windows xp, server 2003, office 2007 including outlook email, Lotus notes, AntiVirus, etc)2. Help BYD user to use their design software (3D Max, Solidwork, UG, Pro/E, AutoCAD, MatLab, etc), analysis tools, solving the system and software problem.3. Professional in windows user data backup and recovery, system installation, etc.
