Jack "Hsin-Chin" Li received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, focusing on a Molecular Dynamics Simulation and Mathematical Modeling methods to analyze DNA-protein interactions at atomic resolution. As an undergraduate researcher, he developed a CHARMM force field residue "8OXO" to analyze oxidative mutations during DNA replication and discovered the relationship between DNA damage and error-pairing rate.In his graduate study at the University of Texas at Austin, Department of Biomedical Engineering, he focused on a combinatorial approach toward small oligonucleotide drugs in cancer research and diabetes. His previous work at China Medical University primarily focused on single-cell image processing for lung cancer. This project has been processing pre-clinical testing as a class-II medical device to help on-site cancer screening.Jack currently work at Vizuro, a company that focused on implementation of AI and data science to solve complex, real-time matters.
