The team was tasked with writing and maintaining SDKs for prominent clients to integrate our audio technology into their customer-facing products. As lead, I conducted hiring, 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews, and helped facilitate agile planning by leading backlog refinement and team retrospectives. In addition, I was hands-on with development, working with a range of languages including React/TypeScript for our web front end, and C++/Swift/Kotlin/QML for SDK and platform-specific logic.

I took ownership, developing from scratch, the web UI for the “SoundID” SDK integrations. The SDK was used across iOS/Android and Desktop platforms, where this UI was served with WebView technologies. I focused on devising strategies to streamline business logic, creating a scalable and easy-to-maintain UI that catered to the clients' custom requirements. Additionally, I implemented the in-house analytics gathering tool and integrated third-party error tracking systems to ensure robust performance monitoring and to gather valuable UX insights.

In my role at OLV, I contributed to various projects such as 3D rendering tools, educational content management applications and custom HTML emails for holiday seasons. I took the lead on the project to convert our existing web applications into iOS and Android apps using Flutter's web view technologies.
