Manage factory audit including social compiance audit, QMS audit and C-TPAT audit and improvement activities.Monitor and analyze the internal audit data quaterly.Communicate the audit results and corrective action plans with suppliers/factories.Investigate and resolve issues from audits with Clients, 3rd party audit firms, suppliers and any relevant parties.Provide trainings to suppliers/factories on FGXI ethical policy and requirements.Develop team members' capability by regular training.Facilitate the external audits to suppliers/factories. Support factory improvement activities. Work with suppliers to improve their sustainability performance.

Perform audits as assigned.Provide the resolution based on the findings to suppliers/factories.Follow up audit on the 3rd party audits, client's audits.
