➢ Technical management: Bridging communication between internal R&D and external suppliers, and solving the technical and quality issues (sheet metal parts, plastic parts, rubber parts, machining parts, aluminum extrusions and special materials);➢ Audit: Leading the audits of new and existing suppliers (ISO9001 and ISO13485)➢ Quality Control: Monitoring supplier’s yield performance, process critical to quality (CTQ) and take promote actions for quality issues. Providing technical direction to establish and validate process capability and risk assessment. Reviewing supplier’s process readiness and mass production capability to identify potential risk and addressing the issue before ramp-up.➢ Supplier capability development: Developing key capabilities of suppliers to support existing product platforms and new product development;➢ CI project management: Digging out cost improvement opportunity via value stream mapping and managing CI projects as owner to coordinate the internal & external resources from beginning to completion;➢ Category strategy and implementation: Establishing and implementing category strategy, setting up a score card system for suppliers, including delivery, quality and cost aspects to do monthly monitoring and reporting, and tracking the improvement of suppliers;

➢ Team management: As local team leader, initiating bi-weekly meeting with team members (Cable assembly, Connector, PCB, Die-casting, Plastic & Rubber parts), contributing to team objectives and solving issues.➢ Failure analysis: Handling of 8D reports and using internal laboratories, suppliers’ laboratories and third-party’s laboratory resources to analyze and make action based on failed products resulting from reliability tests and actual deliveries;➢ Document review: Preliminary review of supplier specifications and test reports (or PPAP reports), sample inspection and submission of internal verification requests;➢ Audit: Organizing and participating in the supplier system audit, delivery capacity audit, process audit;➢ Supplier Improvement: Leading supplier performance rating by monitoring supplier scorecard results, detect and drive improvement potentials/activities;➢ Project management：Managing key programs and reports to CFT monthly；Procurement Strategy (T and Q): Developing a technology roadmap for interconnecting components and summarizing supplier performance evaluation results as parts of the procurement strategy (connectors, cable components, etc.);➢ VA/VE: Collecting all aspects of the cost optimization proposals and monitoring implementation, especially through the design/material change (VA/VE);➢ PCN/EOL: Process PCN and EOL requests initiated by suppliers and internal;➢ Negotiations: Participating in and supporting annual price negotiations and cost analysis.

➢ Project management: Organizing customer needs, lunching project, setting goals, coordinating resources, daily tracking, gate reviewing;➢ Product Design: Responsible for RFQ for critical customers, including drawing conversion, BOM generation, material Spec definition, material validation and product quotation;➢ Technical Support: Providing technical support to the account manager;➢ Experimental Design: Through DOE experiments to support the procurement department to verify new suppliers and new materials;➢ QA Team: Represents the R&D team in the QA team to solve some critical quality issues;➢ Sample Owner: Monitoring and tracking the progress of experimental samples to meet the delivery of key customers' needs;➢ Audit: Participating in the supplier process/quality audit.

➢ Process Design: Making the process of CRT electronic gun, doing analysis of the causes and improvement for the undesirable failures;➢ Operational Guidance: Developing and updating the worker's operating instructions;➢ Internal Audit: As an internal auditor, promoting the internal ISO9001 and ISO4001 audits along the company;➢ Implementation of Training: Implementing induction training and assessment to new operators;➢ Project Management: Assisting the company's new project team to arrange the pilot production in the department.
