Be in charge of new supplier audit and approval based on VDA6.3 P1 checklist, regular meeting with supplier to review the effectiveness of corrective actions and evidence until closure.2. Onsite assess supplier manufacture process capability to identify the gap for improvement, until the process is capable to meet part requirement.3. Responsible for supplier development, if supplier quality system or process capability is poor, development project will be launched to ask supplier take improvement actions, and regularly follow up improvement progress until target is achieved.4. Create rubber part manufacture process capability matrix and optimize supplier development process to divide into 3 phases with different activity.5. Cooperate with commodity purchasing to identify strategic suppliers for improvement, in order to award new project smoothly.6. Responsible for rubber parts localization project, bi-weekly update localization progress with one-pager report to global purchasing team.7. Be good at IATF16949, Auto quality 5 tools, VDA6.3 and GM BIQS, deliver training to supplier as trainer.8. attend leadership training with 6 months

Be in charge of new supplier or new parts nomination and approval for new projects, follow up part APQP progress with supplier, and perform onsite PPAP audit.2. Perform new supplier approval with onsite audit based on VDA6.3 P1 checklist, follow up corrective actions of all the findings until closure.3. Handle escalated supplier quality issue from each plant, coordinate supplier and plant to discuss and analyze the root cause, verify corrective actions in 8D report until the issue is closed.4. Perform onsite annual audit to key suppliers based on VDA6.3 checklist, regular follow up the progress of corrective actions about audit findings and validate the effectiveness of evidence until closure.
