Highly motivated and challenge-seeking second-year business management student at the Ramapo College of New Jersey. Proven track record of implementing processes and achieving results in my roles as a Safety Coordinator and with Inventory Management, yielding over 4 years of experience within the grocery retail industry.In my role as a Safety Coordinator and in Inventory Management, I oversee the building safety program of a high-volume supermarket addressing all aspects from risk management to emergency response, as well as maintaining several building safety technology systems. My impacts as a CGO Inventory Management associate assist in maintaining the excellent in-stock conditions of our store, as well as maintaining our top-tier inventory scorecard store rank within the organization. I recently have increasing my emergence in giving back to the community, and have taken a leading role in the ShopRite Partners in Caring program as the Team Leader. Under my lead, our team excelled in several fundraising aspects such as merchandising and event coordination, and I personally have had the honor of earning a coveted spot on the 2024 General Mills Cheerios Box, which will be sold in all ShopRite store locations in early 2025.
