Led the procurement efforts for the design, construction & maintenance of Capital One's real estate portfolio. Established the supply chain that delivered our Bank’s national expansion to 10 new markets; our campus renovations in Virginia, Texas & Illinois; and the workplace services for our domestic & international offices.

Negotiated pricing & SLAs, monitored operational risks, and ensured that Capital One’s credit card manufacturing and fulfillment suppliers exceeded KPIs while also maintaining strict data security standards.Oversaw $50M supply chain during Capital One’s chip card (EMV) migration, allowing Company to meet Mastercard’s & Visa’s implementation timeline for the US.

Consulted with diverse business, operations, and legal teams to develop & then implement an enterprise-wide program to comply with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). The Department of Justice (DOJ) and Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) now reference the program as the standard for other Financial Institutions.

Profit & loss responsibility for multiple commercial construction projects in various stages - including bid/award, architectural & engineering design, construction activities, and ongoing client relationships.
