Within my current role I operate as an LS EMEA Commercial Human Resources intern. In which, I am working on numerous projects towards the development of leaders across EMEA as well as operating in a hybrid role as the HRBP for 37 LS EMEA Commercial interns. This role should provide me with key skills towards my development within the field of Human Resources.

This role provided me with significant challenges but proved to be great learning experience. Initiated a social media marketing project in order to help develop the club’s demographic and to further develop the brand. On a daily basis, I operated a daily business spreadsheet and a vast membership database. I believe that the skills that I developed within this role, will provide long-term benefits for my career.

A fast paced and high pressure working environment, tasked with dealing with customer complaints and finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Tasked with training and mentoring new junior staff to ease their transition into their role. Vast experience working at busy periods and being able to conduct tasks to the highest standard possible.
