Jack Maier is Head of Investment Banking at Comerica Securities, Inc., a subsidiary of Comerica Bank. He is based in Dallas Texas.Jack Maier was formerly with UBS. Prior to UBS, Jack was the Head of Investment Banking at Capstone Headwaters, an award winning elite middle-market investment bank. Previously, Jack was the Global Co-Head of Middle-Market M&A at Credit Suisse. He joined CS when it acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where Mr. Maier was a partner. At DLJ he helped build and lead the firm’s Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Group, which became the most successful practice of its type on Wall Street. Prior to joining DLJ, Jack was with Wasserstein Perella and Drexel Burnham Lambert.Jack graduated from Wake Forest University and received his MBA from Georgetown University with the distinction of University Fellow. Jack is a past member of the Board of Advisors of Wake Forest University’s School of Business and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He has been a guest lecturer at the Wake Forest School of Business, Georgetown McDonough School of Business, the University of Maryland Graduate School of Business, the University of Michigan Ross School of business, and the University of Emory's Goizueta Graduate School of Business. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and in other leading financial industry publications.
