Throughout my time at Xero, I've worked in a team that maintained and developed the Xero Project Management system. Currently, I work in a team that maintains and develops new features relating to the core Invoicing product, focusing on backend applications using C# .NET Framework and .NET Core, and developing APIs to support various applications. Previously, I've also developed front-end applications using TypeScript and JavaScript with React, integrating them with the backend API's.I'm proficient in optimizing database operations with Microsoft SQL Server, using efficient SQL queries and stored procedures. Most of our components/services are hosted on the cloud using AWS, such as EC2 instances and Lambdas, which I work with on a day-to-day basis.My strengths lie in my broad technical expertise as a full-stack engineer, spanning multiple Xero products from newer innovations to legacy systems. I have a knack for quickly understanding and contributing to existing setups, and I excel in collaborating across teams. Throughout my time at Xero, I've enjoyed mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative work environment.
