Community Development Grant Specialist
CurrentManage Salt Lake City Funding our Future grant funding for low- to moderate-income tenants, home owners, or people experiencing homelessness. Primary responsibilities include: - Financial and budget management for up to four years of funding. - Contract routing and management for up to 40 active program contracts. - Creating program policies and procedures compliant with city code and 2 CFR 200 grant standards. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with over a dozen non-profit community partners in Salt Lake City.Collaborate with Policy & Program Manager for Housing Stability Division to create and standardize necessary Division website updates, Division database and infographics, and other ongoing Division data and marketing needs.Previously managed one-time ARPA federal funding grant program providing COVID-19 recovery pass through funds to community nonprofit organizations. Funding dispensation was established by City Council and focused on job training, expanding educational opportunities, healthcare, bridging the digital divide, rental assistance, and family assistance.
