I have worked in an IT Support role for 16 years. It wasn’t till I worked with Smiths Medical that I could see the true importance when helping Hospitals taking care of patients. Over the past 5 years I have gained a better understanding of SLA and SOP creation as I have been more deeply involved in the writing of them. As a USAF vet I have been in a highly regulated and controlled environment and understand the importance of a team working together.
