I have a diverse range of skills that I can apply to any work environment, for example, I am a very good problem solver, with a mathematically inclined mind that allows me to solve many real-life dilemmas. In addition to this, I have experience with social science and political philosophy, in particular the way in which abstract philosophical concepts can be applied into political discourse and the way in which this influences political and economic decisions. At King's College London, I ensured that my studies involved a diverse number of disciplines, choosing not only theoretical modules, but also finance, statistics, and economics modules, specifically focusing in both financial markets and game theory. During my statistics modules, I have learnt how to use the statistical software STATA, in which I frequently conducted bivariate and multivariate regression experiments, created variable indexes and modified individual variables.At the London School of Economics and Political Science, I am undertaking a rigorous methodological training in quantitative research, training to use R and carrying out econometric research, as well as being trained in formal game theoretic methodology. In addition to this, I am an organised person, which is necessary in my role of an administrative assistant at Paul Marsh Props Limited, where I organise hundreds of emails ranging from invoices and receipts to images of product design and conversations with colleague, that can be easily accessed for relevant purposes. In my role as a caseworker at the Office of Alistair Strathern MP, I greatly improved both my knowledge of local politics and my skills as a communicator, assisting constituents with their local concerns and informing them on local issues. During my time at Mr Strathern's office, I attended constituency surgeries, researched policy to communicate to constituents, and helped facilitate casework transition to other members in light of constituency boundary changes. I also frequently updated myself with parliamentary convention, and drafted a number of written parliamentary questions for Mr Strathern to ask in Parliament, and drafted letters to Secretaries of State on behalf of constituents. Ultimately, I believe I would be an asset to a variety of work environments due to my adaptability, my ability to problem solve, and my experience with empirical research.
