Catering/Venue Supervisor at Sliced Events @ London Irish Centre, Camden.- Liaising with clients and organisers at the venue. - Leading a team of bar and floor staff during events.- Managing events ranging from live music and comedy nights to formal dinners and corporate meetings.- First point of contact for clients on arrival and throughout their event.- Cash reconciliation for each event.- Arranging couriers/travel, staff bookings, equipment hire and catering for the venue and client needs.- Responsible for diary management, stock and purchase orders.- Ad hoc office duties and reports to company head office.
