He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.Prior to joining Ziegler, Jack worked in RSM’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on financial aspects of contemplated transactions within the healthcare, technology, and business services sectors.
