-Learned the Business of Asphalt construction -Hands on construction lead-Quickly learned management skills of different projects -Promoted from field work to office management

-Started as a bar back January of my junior year of college and worked my way up to bartender by July -Learned how to balance my school work with having a job that demanded late hours, oftentimes getting off work at 2am and still managed to make morning classes-As a barback I impressed my management by displaying my workmanship that my previous jobs had taught me and was promoted to bartender in only a few months-Barbacking is grueling work and included stocking the bar with cases of alcohol, carrying buckets of ice to fill wells, managing liquor orders, and running food to customers.-When promoted to bartender my task included serving drinks and food, taking orders from customers, displaying excellent customer service, opening and closing duties such as cleaning the bar and closing cash drawers

-Agronomic research specialist-Learned the science behind different types of crop seed such as corn cotton and soybean seeds.-Worked on experimental plots that help farmers all over the country -Operated tractors and sprayed chemicals on all different types of weeds and gained valuable knowledge in the agriculture world -Gained and understanding and appreciation for where our food and cloth comes from and the intense labor that goes into it

-One of the first jobs I ever had-Learned how to work in extremely tough and hot conditions in the scotching Mississippi Delta which taught me very valuable work ethic skills at a young age -Learned to work with people of all classes and different backgrounds
