Portfolio lead for the Ambulatory, Infrastructure, and Ancillary Portfolios assisting the project managers in the portfolios by providing mentorship, recommendations, and advice. I help customers define requirements, clarify their current and future technology needs, and determine how to best meet their needs including determining the resources, duration, and budget requirements to fulfill those needs.I act as a resource and mentor to professionals in their area(s) of technical expertise to understand the business impact of different solutions, and can assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements and costs, and factor them into decisions and recommendations.I select and direct project teams and serve as a knowledge base working directly with senior and upper management in defining new application requirements, resolving project issues, and developing business strategies. This includes the analysis of vendor proposals, evaluation of build versus buy, formulating the project plan, establishing the critical path, coordinating the vendors, and tracking project and budget progress.
