For over 20 years I have worked with clients in numerous capacities as a land professional beginning as a Petroleum Landman, to Project Management, to Permitting, and Right-of-Way. I am well versed in due diligence, curative, construction, liaison, brand ambassador, lease, and land acquisitions. As well as plug & abandonment, and site reclamation. In addition, I have conducted permitting tasks with state and local agencies in acquiring Right-of-Ways for fiber optic communication, site acquisitions, as well as transmissions of electricity or liquids to designated delivery points for clients. My Liaison work has been incorporated numerous times by my clients with landowners, the general public, local municipalities, state and federal agencies. I have directly work with both survey and environmental teams on proposed drill-site locations. Worked as a Project Superintendent on drill-site construction, road construction, Frac tank construction, as well as water acquisitions for drilling, and Frac operations, As for plug & abandonment, and site reclamation's all proper procedures and protocols were adhered to with local, state, and federal agencies. I have negotiate damages and acquisitions with landowners, and local municipalities. In addition, I have prepared and assure compliance of and and all necessary applications, drawings, and permits issued and/or administered by local, state agencies, as well as any federal regulatory agencies for appropriate operations.
