Over 19 years of hands-on experience in this field has afforded me valuable experience that I believe can translate into other occupations extremely successfully. I build good, solid relationships with all people that I work with. I have hands-on experience with all aspects of managing different contract food service operations and purchasing. This includes on-site bookkeeping (a/r & a/p, payroll, and receipts managment). Annual budgets, monthly and weekly forecasting, as well.
