my role as the logistics team leader for the BBraun aseptic unit Involves-•Organising staff.•Arranging deliveries across the UK.•Controling stock in a made to order environment•Tracking KPI's.•Dealing with health and safety incidents including •Creating COSHH assessments and risk assessments.•Developing my teams skills. •Attending management meetings. •Reducing operational costs. •organizing and actioning quartly stock checks of materials used within the unit.I started out in BBraun as a production operator assembling raw materials and producing TPN bags, potassium syringes, magnesium syringes and cytotoxic syringes. In my roles as stores person I developed the majority of the operating procedures and training processes for the Logistics and Warehouse operations within the Aseptic unit and when I was promoted to senior stores person as well as my daily duties of creating, picking, distributing customer orders and supplying the production unit with the raw materials they need I worked on the health and safety processes for the stores areas my other responsibilities include organizing quarterly stock checks of all materials used within the unit. I am very adept with computers which allows me to pick up on different systems fairly easily I can use SAP WM systems and Microsoft applications including writing and updating excel macros.
