My recent work experience has helped me develop a range of customer service, communication, organisation and assertiveness skills. My strong academic track record is balanced with my personal motivation to succeed, strong inter-personal and leadership skills.Throughout my school career (August 2013 – May 2021) I earned 2 Advanced Highers in History (A) and RMPS (A), 6 Highers in Mathematics (A), History (A), RMPS (A), Media (A), English (B), Physics (B), and finally 8 National ‘5’s’ at ‘A grade’: Mathematics, Physics, English, History, Biology, French, Physical Education, Religious, Moral and Philosophical Studies (RMPS). My school career encompassed a myriad of leadership roles that commenced an understanding of effective leadership skills. These roles included the Deputy House Captain of Kintyre, a School Prefect and an S1 buddy. My numerous hobbies and interests have taught me vital lessons and cemented essential attributes. I spend a duration of time as a Senior Patrol Leader for the Edinburgh 23rd Scout Troop (2015-2017) which honed my leadership skills and taught me how to lead an effective team. As a regional competition swimmer for the Inverleith Swimming Club I enhanced my skill set to include discipline. Being the winner of a ‘Too Fast’ medal at the Carnegie graded competition 2018 and earning 30+ medals won at various interclub competitions was not an easy task. To earn such achievements I had to be dedicated and disciplined.
