Responsibilities: • Receiving enquires and entering applicant information onto a bespoke system.• Matching applicants to sufficient properties.• Booking and attending viewings with applicants – 100+ viewings per month.• Negotiating offers with both Clients and landlord in order to close the deal.• Tracking and managing an extensive number of tenants and landlords.• Assisting lettings manager in bringing on and valuating new stock.• Uploading properties onto Rightmove and other online portals.• Keeping on top of outstanding and ongoing works prior to tenants moving in assuring it is a smooth process through out. Achievements: • Generating £200,000 in company commission per year.• Consistently exceeding monthly and yearly targets.
