- Lead on tenders for services that meet Hestia’s strategic objectives- Undertake financial modelling for agreed submissions- Engage with the mobilisation of allocated successful tenders from award to contract commencement- Work closely with Operations staff to develop staffing structures and service delivery models to ensure best outcomes for service users- Support retention of existing services via providing a supporting role in operational improvement initiatives- Produce reports for internal and external bodies- Attend meetings with Commissioners, tender briefings and strategic partnership forums

- Preparation and writing of Invitation to Tender (ITT) responses - Researching commissioning trends and priorities in housing, care, support, health and community developments both nationally and locally.- Attending tender briefings, strategic and partnership meetings- Production of statistical information in support of new initiatives - Production of marketing materials and quarterly stakeholder newsletter- Undertake service visits to learn of and share examples of operational best practice and local added value.- Supporting the development of new strategy, ensuring that potential new growth opportunities are evaluated, developed and, where suitable, transferred into live projects- Using data systems to record and produce performance reports

- Collating and organising qualitative and quantitative data from a range of systems and information sources- Producing service and organisation performance reports for presentation to directorate and trustees- Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of regular monitoring reports to external bodies and internal parties- Auditing all incident reports submitted from operational services for quality assurance - Designing and facilitating training for auditors- Dealing with enquiries and other matters relating to performance information as they occur- Assisting Business Development team with applications for local authority contracts- Identifying and sharing best practice via appropriate mechanisms

- Responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers through online advertising and events.- Overseeing application and interview process, managing volunteer databases.- Revising and improving volunteer policy.- Administrative duties.- Acting as the central point of contact, answering internal and external enquiries.

- Tracking and reporting on UK government policies and statements pertaining to the human rights situation in Bahrain.- Attending hearings, briefings, and other meetings in the UK Parliament as needed.- Assisting with advocacy campaigns by conducting research and preparing background memos and other written materials.- Researching and drafting legislative fact sheets and other Parliament related materials.- Tracking Bahrain-related news, legislation, and statements by policymakers, the UK government, and the United Nations on a daily basis.- Assisting in social media campaigns and the drafting of external communications.- Engaging in community outreach.- Supporting mobilization of grassroots on the issue of human rights in Bahrain.
