During the COVID-19 pandemic I began working as a health carer to support those most at risk from the virus. This full time role involved providing all care that the customer required, whilst keeping to a strict time schedule. From this role I have vastly improved my communication skills as a result of interacting with a wide range of people, both customers and colleagues. This position has helped me to take responsibility and pride in my work knowing how crucial this role is to improve customers lives.
