I currently work as a residential mortgage lender at Timberland Bank in Tumwater, WA.

Since February 2008 I have been operating as a branch lender/manager with Timberland Bank. My duties include: Working with bank customers and assisting them in obtaining financing for home purchase and refinance transactions, managing a loan portfolio in excess of $7,000,000, specializing in construction loans, developing relationships with builders, real estate agents, escrow companies, and business owners.

I worked as a licensed Realtor from October 2004 until February 2008, actively providing service to customers in assisting them in the buying and selling of residential and commercial real estate. I have been a licensed real estate agent since October 2004. Specific duties include; strong communication and follow up, maintaining database of clients, customer service, showing properties to potential buyers, evaluating properties to establish fair market value, marketing, managing files, coordinating with third party vendors such as appraisers, lenders, escrow, and home inspectors, staying current with market trends and financing options, some graphic design using Photoshop programs.

During my time with Genesis Financial Group, Inc. I specialized in residential real estate sales. My number one objective was to work closely with my clients to assist them in reaching their real estate goals. In addition, I worked as a loan officer to help my clients obtain financing to purchase real estate.My role with Genesis also included that of sales manager and recruiter. I would work with new and seasoned real estate professionals in developing a business plan and providing the tools and guidance needed to execute that plan. I also conducted interviews and focused on networking to increase the number of agents and grow the business.

I had been employed from April 2003 until February 2008 as a residential mortgage loan officer. Working as an independent contractor, my duties include; meeting with customers at their homes, or in my office to provide financing solutions for real estate purchase and refinance transactions, processing files, complying with RESPA standards, ordering and reviewing preliminary title reports, ordering appraisals, researching products on the secondary market to insure the best possible options for my clients, reading rate sheets, maintaining database of clients and marketing to them, working diligently for the purpose of closing transactions on schedule, type 32 wpm, Microsoft Word, Excel, Genesis Loan Operating System.
