Currently responsible are for all aspects of office management, customer service, problem resolution, employee training, hiring, termination, inventory, marketing and advertising, leasing, handling legal issue, following TSSA guidelines, management of off site properties, participating in chamber of commerce events, and making money

My duties consisted of installation of the VISX S4 IR mobile laser platform in doctors office, hospitals, and surgical centers through the state of Texas. It was my responsibility to maintain the laser to optimal performance levels for LASIK surgery. I ran the laser for the surgeons during surgery as a surgical assistant, I repaired the laser system when down, I had continuing education, and I maintained DOT certification.

Currently responsible are customer service, problem resolution, employee training, marketing and advertising, leasing, handling legal issue, management of off site properties and making money.

My responsibilities included motivating employees, customer service, handling customer complaints, coordinating with different hotel department managers, training employees, making sure operations were run efficiently.
