The goal of Galapagos Charter Schools is to have all scholars go to college. My goal is to have scholars be prepared once they get there. Developing a growth mindset in students is the focus of all Galapagos teachers because it celebrates effort rather than the individual. This key difference in this approach will develop in students the ability to critically think, problem solve, learn from failure, and develop a growth mindset that will benefit them throughout their lives.My goal as a Social Sciences teacher is to develop in students the ability to analyze, interpret, and discuss primary and secondary historical sources. I will also develop a scholar's ability to analyze, interpret, and discuss through the use of current event sources and information. These skills will allow them to accurately decipher the constant bombardment of information throughout their lives

As a wholesale produce supplier, we must have sales representatives that can get our names out to the prospective buyers in our market. Prospective buyers would include restaurants, fast food chains, retail stores, and any other place that requires fresh produce to run their business. Making cold calls, meeting with customers, and creating new business opportunities are the basics of what my job entails. Basically, we are the faces of Loffredo Fresh Produce and it is our job is to bridge the gap between the company and our loyal customers.
