CSU Journalism Student since 2019. Aspiring journalist, fascinated observer and hopeful creator. I believe in the power of people and understand that it is a journalist's vital role to help deliver them the information they need to make a difference. Whether that be in their own lives, local communities, chosen industries or on an even larger scale is up to them, though I strive to one day take pride in playing the part that gets them there. Over my next three years of study I will make effort to involve myself in a variety of roles and settings of the news and media industry. From internships and volunteering with local radio, newspaper and television to cadetships and more with other outlets of larger coverage and responsibility, all of these opportunities will be chased down hungrily and treated with equal dedication. For it is through these experiences that I shall learn the nuances of region, medium and scale, developing my craft equally and ready to apply in any role under any circumstance.
