I was responsible for grading and monitoring course progress of 45 students, as well as delivering course content as needed. Balancing student needs with faculty and administrative limitations, I acted as an advocate for my students within the bounds of course requirements and faculty constraints. I received positive feedback from students and faculty on my ability to communicate course content and logistics effectively, promote student involvement, and sensitively consider student needs and course requirements.During the spring of 2022, I held a similar position for the course Environmental Determinants of Health II, within the Environmental Health Sciences Department of the Mailman School of Public Health. In this role, I was responsible for organizing much of the course content and logistics. This required excellent communication and organizational skills, as the course involved 20 faculty members as rotating guest lecturers and advisors for the 32 Master of Public Health students enrolled in the course.
