I was brought on board to lead a reorganization of the Sales and Marketing team, with the goal of speeding up growth in a rapidly changing market.My approach to redesigning the sales strategy involved assessing our current methods, recruiting new talent, training the team, and setting up clear, activity-based sales goals. This led to an increase in our sales and helped us reach a wider market, thanks to the partner programs I established.In addition, I created programs to offer a wider range of products.
