I undertook a Masters course (Msc) in Strategy and Innovation in Maynooth School of Business. I achieved a 2.1 grade for this degree. The modules examined were: Strategy, Finance, Leadership, IT, Innovation and finally a Business Research Project of 30,000 words where I devised a market entry strategy for Pundit Arena to enter the Australian marketplace. Pundit Arena is well known in Ireland and the U.K and they produce content on various sporting events. They also offer members of the public a platform to produce their own content and get published on their website offering exposure to the hundreds of thousands of followers the company has built up.

I was mainly responsible for ensuring all imports into Intel Ireland were correctly coded to ensure they paid the relevant levels of tax. I also conducted audits with the various logistic companies employed by Intel (FedEx, Expeditors and Kintetsu) to ensure they kept to the same high standards as Intel themselves.

I assisted in the closure of Non-Core operations within Danske Bank's Ireland operations. I was responsible for paying invoices and various other Accounting tasks along with another colleague to close down this section of the Bank.

I was part of the Business markets team and was in regular contact with Business' who are customers of ESB. I was in charge of the information mailbox of the company and was responsible for answering the various queries submitted to the company from companies about their electricity. I also received calls on same. Every month I then had to create a spread sheet and present the monthly queries to my managers and come up with ideas to help business customers and their needs to ensure quality of service.
