At Pliancy I work on our Task Force team as an engineer working on company wide special initiatives. This included automating parts of our client onboarding process, setting up automations for clients moving to IDP tenants, and researching new SAAS products to potentially wrap into our current SAAS offering.

Started as overnight help desk patching servers and being point of contact for 24/7 operations. Eventually moved to the Field Engineer team and became a senior field engineer. In this role I worked exclusively with Venture Capital companies Biotech / life sciences companies. I would help biotech companies from incubator stage through rounds of funding with scaling IT operations and automating the mundane to make things smoother during rapid growth.

At Crabtree and Evelyn I oversaw the global IT infrastructure. This stretched from Connecticut, Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK, and in Europe. I oversaw making sure servers were available 24/7, the network was up, and that all offices stayed connected across the globe. I also oversaw the IT infrastructure across the US and Canada covering over 75 locations.

Worked on a team that oversaw server management for Gatehouse media.

As a desktop support technician I oversaw desktop support for Reliant’s corporate office in downtown Worcester. This included being direct support for the C-Suite team. I was hands on support and on location for executive meetings and board meetings to support members and their devices. I oversaw all A/V and upgraded it as well for the C-Suite team and their supporting staff.
