I want to share the skills of a fit, athletic zen master with my clients ++ so they can excel in their life too. I have been a Personal Trainer now for over 8 years, and have nearly 10,000 hours worth of practical, in-person experience to share with each +++of, my clients. In that 8 years, I have developed many different facets to my business making it a one-stop shop for all your needs.I don’t just help people to lose weight for 8 weeks, I educate them and reframe their perspective, allowing them to make long-term and continuous progress. It will be tough sometimes and you do have to work hard, but you also have to work smart and that involves having a realistic plan that suits you and your life. You can only start from where you are.Problems and unforeseen challenges always come up because that's just life and I help each of my clients adapt and continue whenever problems arise. As long as you're willing to do the tasks in front of you, I am there for you 100%.
