This involved providing end-to-end management project management of research projects in support of of consultancy / bid to operate projects. In addition I provided Market Intelligence for the business through a daily newsletter. Over this period we successfully won bids to operate the lotteries in Ireland (€800 million sales) and Illinois ($3 billion sales).
